Our documentation features sample requests and responses to demonstrate the platform's capabilities, with some requests being asynchronous and returning results via web callbacks (commonly known as “webhooks”).\n\nWe offer three types of output: Pure JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), Pure XML (eXtensible Markup Language), and XML with a JSON header, which we refer to as 'JSON String.' These widely accepted formats ensure smooth and efficient interoperability across various systems and programming languages, making data exchange seamless and highly compatible.\n\nAPI calls to RoMa API must be sent via HTTPS, as unencrypted HTTP requests will not be processed. To enhance security, all telemetry, event, and vehicle data responses are compressed using Gzip and delivered over a secure TLS 1.2 connection, ensuring efficient data transmission and secure access to your fleet data.\n\nIn addition, the RoMa API provides a user-friendly integration workspace where clients can manage vehicle data, subscribe to customizable event streams, and receive information such as GPS locations, driver activity, and vehicle diagnostics.
